What is my Email Storage Limit?
Your email account will store a total of
5mb of information.
How many email accounts am I allowed to have?
You are allowed up to 5 email accounts with the
domain @3dgathome.com.
Do you keep my email password(s) on file?
We do not keep your password(s) on file, so please
do not lose this information.
Can I still use my old email account with the new
internet service?
If you have not cancelled your other service, then
it should still be available for use with your default
mail program. 3 Design Group does not alter your old email account
and you would have to check with your old mail service provider for
further information about that account.
What should I do if I experience any issues with my
email account(s)?
Please contact Tech support for any technical
problems with your email account(s). Before calling Tech Support,
please verify the following:

Ensure that your full email address (ie: username
@ 3dgathome.com) is entered as the username.

That your password is entered correctly and that
everything has been entered in lowercase letters.

Can I set up a home network through my internet
connection?
Yes, the router supplied to you allows you to connect a minimum of 4
computers to your connection.
Can 3DG Wireless provide me with a static IP address?
Yes, we can provide you with a static IP address for an additional $5.00
monthly charge on top of your existing plan.
Is 3DG Wireless Internet Secure?
We use state-of-the-art Motorola Canopy equipment,
the same equipment is used by many security conscious networks,
including the U.S. government.
Does my internet have any bandwidth restrictions?
As of this printing, we do not. We do not
restrict our customer's bandwidth because we find that most of our
customers do not exceed our allotted bandwidth.
What could impact my wireless signal strength?

Tree coverage or other obstructions blocking your
line of sight.

In some rare occurrences, signal strength may be
affected by weather conditions.

Radio signal frequency.

A defective or mis-configured
router.
What do I do if I want to move my computer to another location after my
network has been installed?
A d-link wireless router can reach a signal up to
approximately 300 fee. If a cable connection is used, un-plug your
Ethernet cable from your computer and/or router. Once your
computer is relocated, plug the Ethernet cable back into one of the
available LAN ports on the router and the plug the other end into the
network card in your computer.
Does 3 Design Group provide service to fix and problems with my computer
such as viruses, internet security issues, spyware and pop ups?
Any additional services past Internet connectivity
would come as additional charges. Please contact our office at:

What is your Refer-A-Friend program?
When you are happy with our service and you refer
someone to us, you and your referral will receive a free month of
internet after your referral has been a client through us for 6 months.
Who should I call if I have any questions or problems?
If you experience any problems with our service,
please call Tech Support at 519-326-8669 EXT. 218. We have local
tech support 5 days a week to serve you.
